Student Eligibility
• Student must have held a valid Level 1 license for a minimum of 3 consecutive months.
• Student must have completed a minimum of 30 hours of driving time with a parent, legal guardian, or, with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, any licensed driver who is 21 years of age or older. Two of the 30 hours must be night driving. A student must possess a Level 1 license to drive a motor vehicle. To verify enrollment eligibility, a student may need to present the Segment 1 certificate of completion, the Level 1 driver license, and a driving log or parent certification of the student's driving hours.
Classroom Requirements
• A minimum of 6 hours of instruction.
• A maximum of 2 hours of instruction per day.
• A maximum of 36 students per class. Class size may be exceeded for no more than 1 hour per day when justified by an educational presentation.
• Home study time is not considered as time earned toward the 6-hour classroom requirement

REFUND POLICY

If for any reason you need to cancel, it must be 2 weeks prior to 1st day of class. Therefore, you would get full credit for the next available opening. Otherwise, NO REFUND.

Please submit a picture of your level one drivers license (drivers permit) that you have been using while training. Additionally, please submit a picture of the drivers training log you were to have been filling out. If not provided in registration these documents must be brought to the 1st class for review.

Contractual Terms & Conditions

1. Student must have held a valid Level 1 license for a minimum of 3 consecutive months.

2. Student must have completed a minimum of 30 hours of driving time with a parent, legal guardian, or, with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, any licensed driver who is 21 years of age or older. Two of the 30 hours must be night driving. A student must possess a Level 1 license to drive a motor vehicle. To verify enrollment eligibility, a student may need to present the Segment 1 certificate of completion, the Level 1 driver license, and a driving log or parent certification of the student's driving hours.

3. The parent or guardian agrees to pay the amount of $65, which needs to be paid in full upon signing contract. There will be a $30 fee for a check returned for non-sufficient funds. Certificate of completion will not be issued until full payment is received.

4. Student Code of Conduct – “I agree to conduct myself properly while in the classroom and driver education vehicle and understand that any disrespect towards the instructor or other students will be grounds for my dismissal from the course, and that no refund will be issued.”

5. There is a $20 fee for lost or damaged textbooks.

6. In the event of a driving appointment cancellation without 24 hours prior notice, or a student fails to show up for a driving lesson, a cancellation fee of $25 will be charged.

7. There will be a $50.00 charge per day when you miss a class. This includes what would constitute 'sick days' that would need to be made up as part completing the required training time. Students with long term illnesses may choose to work out
7b. COVID. If a student is diagnosed with Covid it is required that the student isolate for the required period of time and provide a PCR Covid test from a medical facility or pharmacy.
Being that students are in close proximity in a shared car as part of their training the health and safety of all students as well as instructors is paramount.

8. If you show up 15 or more minutes late, without informing the instructor, you will not be able to attend class and will have to pay $50 to make up class.
